For immediate release DREADNAUGHT SIGNS CONTRACT WITH COMET RECORDS

Acclaimed Portsmouth NH-based progabilly trio Dreadnaught has inked a deal with the Italian label Comet Records for a double-disc live album to be released internationally in April. LIVE AT MOJO (recorded live at Mojo Music Studio in Franconia NH) will feature 30 tracks, including material from the band's studio releases THE AMERICAN STANDARD (2001), UNA VEZ MAS (2000), and DREADNAUGHT (1998), as well as covers by John Entwistle, Jerry Lee Lewis, Dick Curless, and Frank Zappa.

The album also boasts half a dozen new, unreleased original cuts. Comet Records can be found online at www.cometrecords.com. Dreadnaught will hit the road again in support of LIVE AT MOJO, kicking off a U.S. tour in the middle of April. Confirmed stops include NY, PA, KS, ID, CO, UT, MA, and NH; more dates and states will be announced shortly.
